 HOW TO REQUEST THE

ARCHIVING AND AUTHENTICATION OF WORKS BY TINO STEFANONI

STEP ONE

Please send, by email:

  • Colour digital photographs of the work, one of the front and one of the back, in high resolution, in order to clearly read the details of stamps, signatures, and inscriptions.

  • Any authentications in your possession issued by the artist or by others.

  • Information on the work (title, year, size, technique, provenance and exhibition history, if any).

  • Your personal details (name and surname, address, email address, telephone numbers).

After receiving all the above, it will be care of the Tino Stefanoni Archive to verify the material sent in order to determine whether the work has already been archived and authenticated.

As an applicant, your email address will be included in a mailing list, and you will be informed on the dates of the Tino Stefanoni Archive’s Scientific Committee meetings, and on the procedure to follow.

STEP TWO

Once the date of the scientific committee meeting has been set, the Archive will contact you and inform you of:

  • The procedure to follow,

  • The forms to fill in

  • The material to present.

The Tino Stefanoni Archive does not issue opinions on the authenticity of works presented solely by submitting digital photographs or prints, but exclusively following a visual appraisal of the physical works.
